What is the STAR Shout Out Program?

The HWL STAR’s (Special Thanks and Recognition) Shout Out program is a nomination recognition program designed for our internal employees, agencies, and clients to nominate a HWL teammate for exceeding expectations or simply to show gratitude for their superior service for which they received.

The program provides the opportunity for our clients and agencies to nominate HWL team members. Having a program where our internal and external clients can share their experiences with HWL employees supports our HWL’s positive culture, values, and mission.

We thrive when we strive to go above and beyond. This program lets us know when we do just that. We will share and celebrate each individual recognition.
